2. Order Cancellation by D Sports

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Payment not received or incomplete.

  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details.

  • Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If a cancellation request is approved before shipping, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the same account or payment method used during purchase.
