1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

    • Items sold under clearance or special discounts.

2. Return Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or a full refund after verification.

5. Non-Refundable Items
