At D Sports, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

Note:

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance sale items cannot be returned.

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or improper use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Inspection & Approval

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund (as per our Refund Policy).

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund after verification.
